Andrew Bolton

Chief Operating Officer

Andrew has worked within the IT and media industries for nearly 20 years and been with ODG since 2002. As Chief Operating Officer, he has day to day responsibility for the company's content management and business operations. He is also responsible for On Demand's professional services team of consultants, who are engaged on a number of VOD deployments across Europe and South America. Andrew also oversees the software development team who maintain the company's internal content management system supporting the On Demand content preparation lifecycle. Before this role, he was the programme manager responsible for leading the successful delivery and launch of ntl:'s video on demand service.

Before joining us, Andrew founded Tripleplay- a specialist broadband consultancy. He worked very closely with the On Demand team providing advice on system integration and programme management for VOD deployments.

Andrew was previously head of product development for KPMG Consulting's Information, Communications and Entertainment practice. There, he developed and grew the practice's delivery capability in systems integration and broadband technologies.

Before KPMG, Andrew spent five years with Accenture where he worked on large and complex system integration projects. It was with Accenture that Andrew developed his expertise in digital television, as part of the team that rolled out the digital platforms for ntl: and Telewest in the UK.
