Tony Kelly

Senior Vice President of SeaChange International, Chief Executive Officer ODG.

Tony Kelly has launched some of the most significant channels and organisations in the new media, and negotiated on their behalf.

He started ODG in 1995 with co-founder and company Chairman Andy Birchall. They have been instrumental in successfully creating all forms of VOD, pay television and PPV over the last two decades.

Tony is responsible for managing the Group, overseeing the major commercial deals and developing corporate structures for the new pay per view and on demand businesses created by the Group with its partners and clients. He has been lead negotiator for all the major PPV contracts to date. He has also worked with a number of high profile pay TV operators including BSB, CanalPlus Belgium, Optus, and Cable and Wireless. In addition, Tony is a founding shareholder of Video Networks Ltd.

Before forming ODG, Tony was CEO of the Palace Group, a major UK independent film producer and distributor. Its critically acclaimed credits included The Crying Game and Scandal. Palace also launched The Power Station, British Satellite Broadcasting's successful music channel.

Tony was previously Head of Programme Finance at British Satellite Broadcasting (BSB). He was a key negotiator in all programming deals, ranging from film to sports, and has a wealth of contacts in the international entertainment industry.
