On Demand Deutschland (ODD), the video-on-demand (VOD) and Pay Per View (PPV) content and service provider, has announced a deal with Constantin Film to provide 3D movies on demand from the same date as their release on DVD to A1 Telekom Austria.
A1 Telekom Austria’s aonTV subscribers will be able to order blockbusters such as Step Up 3D and Resident Evil: Afterlife on demand whenever they want and with complete control to pause, rewind, fast-forward or watch over again. The movies will also be available in standard SD and HD. To watch the movies in 3D subscribers will need a 3D TV and an HDTV set-top box.
